If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of purchase, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been customized (including resizing) for a refund (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition with the original packaging and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. There will be a 25% restocking fee on the total on any merchandise that was refused.- YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR P.O. BOX. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our PO box. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package. Carat Cache will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
- Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.
