Carat Cache is a small shop that offers a line of jewelry made with genuine, high quality materials. I strive to offer a line of jewelry of high quality that is affordable and is created in socially and environmentally responsible ways. I oppose inappropriate mine development and human rights violations. At the same time we uphold conservation principles in environments for which sustainability is a concern.

Carat Cache started with the love of gemstones and grew from there. It initially began by my yearly trip to the local gem and mineral show over 10 years ago. Before long I had quite the collection of gems. Although difficult to part with I began creating jewelry for myself, family and friends. By urging of those family and friends I began selling online and that has been a unique and very time consuming experience unto itself.

Most of the items are handcrafted by myself or other local artists and will be one of a kind items. I have augmented the shop to offer more variety and useful jewelry supplies from other suppliers who uphold the same quality standards and who are committed to conservation and human rights principles.
